Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by credit or debit card via our secure Realex Payment Gateway, or by bank transfer or cheque. Please make cheques payable to "The Horse Wardrobe".
We only deliver within the mainland UK, Ireland and Europe. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 5 working days if the items purchased are in stock at the point of order. Worldwide delivery is available by prior arrangement.
The delivery costs for the UK are as follows:

Ireland, Europe, USA, Australia and New Zealand delivery costs are shown on each product page, and also on the "carriage costs" page.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund, unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification or were custom made items. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.
After-Sales Services and Guarantees
We guarentee products for 12 months from date of receipt providing they are used in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and in a manner that is considered to be for the purpose that they were designed. If you find them unsuitable or you are not satisfied, providing you notify us within 3 days of receipt, return them to us within 14 days unsoiled and unused and you will be entitled to an exchange or refund. Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems involved with the inspection of footwear and horse clothing it is regretted that we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974).
